Krewe of MCCA

Mardi Gras parade held in Bogalusa at 2:00 p.m. the Saturday before Fat Tuesday.

Bogalusa Paper Queen Ball and 4th of July Celebration

The Paper Queen Ball and the Independance Day Parade are held to celebrate not only the birthday of our nation, but also the birthday of the City of Bogalusa. The ball is held the evening before the early morning parade - both in Bogalusa.

Milltown Classic 5K Walk/Run

Run Hosted By Rotary Club of Bogalusa - race begins in Cassidy Park prior to date of “Festival in the Park.”

Bogalusa Bash

Annual golf tournament for adults held at and sponsored by the Bogalusa Country Club the 2nd weekend in June.

Jeans and Queens Dogwood Square and Round-Dance Festival

Held at the ESM Methodist Church in Bogalusa, the first weekend in March

Jr. Invitational Golf Tourney

The Chamber sponsors a tourney for young golfers, ages 10-18.

Camp Fire USA

Towazi Council Auction held to benefit programs;

Fun Run in Spring in Goodyear Park; Golf Tournament at Bogalusa Country Club; Day Camp for boys and girls in 2st-7th grades.

WEDF Art Show & Sale

Annual event to showcase Washington Parish’s artists; third Sat. in April.

Annual Children's Coronation

Citywide coronation featuring kindergarten children and sponsored by Annunciation Catholic School. Usually held the Friday after Easter.

Annual Lion's Club Fishing Rodeo

Annual Louisiana Western Festival

Held in the spring each year at the Bogalusa Community Arena, features different events from Rodeos to trail rides to showdeos.

November Fall Festival

Held at Ben's Ford Christian School at 59253 Mt. Pleasant Road in Bogalusa. Features unique crafts, delicious food, kiddie rides, fun games and a great auction.

Great Southern RV Park Bluegrass Festival

Features blugrass music, food, arts/crafts. Held in Angie, the 3rd weekend in April & 4th weekend in September.

Christmas in the Park

An evening walking tour of Bogalusa's forested city park transformed into a festive display of 1 million holiday lights and numerous animated displays. Santa visits every night. Tram rides available.

Bogalusa's "Festival in the Park"

Features arts, crafts, music, children's activities, food, commercial exhibits, stage entertainment, and a carnival located in Bogalusa's beautiful Cassidy Park. Sponsored by the Bogalusa Chamber

Annual Santa Parade

The Chamber sponsors Santa’s annual ride on a fire truck through the shopping centers and areas of Bogalusa, on the first Friday of December.
